President Duterte names Gen. Marcelo Garbo, Gen. Vicente Loot, Gen. Bernardo Diaz, Gen. Joel Pagdilao, and Gen. Edgardo Tinio as police officials who allegedly protect drug lords and syndicate.
Joel Pagdilao
NCRPO director, QCPD chief,
Pagdilao is a member of Philippine Military Academy “Maharlika” class of 1984.
Meanwhile, Tinio is a member of PMA “Sandiwa” class of 1985.
Edgardo Tinio
Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio is/was Chief of the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations – South Luzon.
Marcel Garbo
Garbo, who retired last March 2, was the PNP Deputy Chief for Administration.
